The following documents are required upon registration:
- Registration Form
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Previous school records (Transcripts) or Records Release form
- Parent Contract agreements & Payment agreement
- Student Agreement
- Passport photos for student file
Download our registration packet today. Fax required documents to 321-406-0610, or scan and email to: mrsz@christian-educators.com. Upon receipt of documents and payment, classes can start in 24 hours!
