| February 12-15th | Teachers conference | |
| First week in April | Mission trip/Spring Break | |
| Memorial Day weekend | ||
| Summer Vacation | July 1st – July 15th | |
| Labor Day Weekend | Holiday | |
| Thanksgiving Holiday | Last week of November | |
| Christmas Break | December 20th – January 5th | |
Please note, that although students may log-on and complete classes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year,
| The teachers schedule is as follows: | |
| Monday-Friday: | Grading, text questions, phone conferences. |
| Saturday/Sunday: | By appointment only. |
| First Week of April: | Teachers will grade within 48 hours |
| July 1st through the 15th: | Teachers are off during the summer vacation. No grading |
| Thanksgiving Break: | Teachers do not grade over the Thanksgiving Weekend. |
| Christmas Break: | Teachers are off during the Christmas season. No grading |
